The SEC parameters were as follows: Fifty μl of protein at 15 mg/mL were loaded onto a size-exclusion column (S200 increase 5/150) at a 0.20 ml/min flow rate at 20°C. Frames were recorded every second for the duration of the size-exclusion run. Buffer subtraction was performed by averaging 100 buffer frames and 16 successive sample frames. The data were normalized to the intensity of the transmitted beam and radially averaged; the scattering of the solvent-blank was subtracted.","tags":[],"intensity_unit":"arbitrary","experimental_mw":23.5,"experimental_mw_error":null,"guinier_i0_mw":null,"guinier_i0_mw_error":null,"porod_mw":24.0,"porod_mw_error":null,"pddf_i0":0.02482,"pddf_i0_error":null,"guinier_i0":0.0248849,"guinier_i0_error":null,"pddf_rg":1.81,"pddf_rg_error":null,"guinier_rg":1.828,"guinier_rg_error":0.028,"pddf_dmax":6.11,"pddf_dmax_error":null,"porod_volume":38.5,"porod_volume_error":null,"estimated_volume":null,"estimated_volume_error":null,"guinier_point_first":13,"guinier_point_last":139,"pddf_point_first":null,"pddf_point_last":null,"i0_calibration_standard_data":null,"intensities_log_log_plot":"SASDX75_datloglog_img.png","symmetry":null,"last_modified":"2025-08-22T17:56:34.294081+02:00","bragg_peak":[]}
