Synchrotron SAXS data from solutions of BRDT tandem bromodomains in 20 mM HEPES, 150 mM NaCl, 2% glycerol, 0.5 mM TCEP, pH 7.5 were collected on the B21 beam line at the Diamond Light Source (Oxfordshire, UK) using a Pilatus 2M detector at a sample-detector distance of 3.9 m and at a wavelength of λ = 0.1 nm (I(s) vs s, where s = 4πsinθ/λ and 2θ is the scattering angle). In-line continuous flow HPLC-SAXS was employed at 10°C with a sample injection concentration of 13 mg/ml onto a Shodex 404 column. 12 successive 10 second frames were collected through the HPLC-elution peak. The data were normalized to the intensity of the transmitted beam and radially averaged; the scattering of the solvent-blank was subtracted and the different curves underwent single-value decomposition to produce the average-median scattering data displayed in this entry.
