SAXS data from solutions of the putative DNA binding protein YeeF-CT from Bacillus subtilis (amino acids 528-669) in 20 mM HEPES 150 mM NaCl, pH 7.5 were collected on the IMTECH camera (Chandigarh, India) using a Diode 1D CMOS Mythen detector at a wavelength of λ = 0.15418 nm (I(s) vs s, where s = 4πsinθ/λ and where 2θ is the scattering angle). A single solute concentration of 5 mg/ml was measured at 25°C for 1800 seconds. The data were normalized to the intensity of the transmitted beam and radially averaged; the scattering of the solvent-blank was subtracted to produce the final scattering profile for this entry.
