SAXS data from solutions of HSA in complex with somapacitan in 100 mM MES, 140 mM NaCl, pH 6.5 were collected on a Rigaku BioSAXS-2000 instrument at Novo Nordisk A/S (Maaloev, Denmark) using a Pilatus 100K detector at a wavelength of λ = 0.1542 nm (l(s) vs s, where s = 4πsinθ/λ, and 2θ is the scattering angle). One solute concentration of 6.30 mg/ml was measured at 25°C. Six successive 3600 second frames were collected. The data were normalized to the intensity of the transmitted beam and radially averaged; the scattering of the solvent-blank was subtracted.
