Synchrotron SAXS data from solutions of NAC domain-containing protein 46 (ANAC046) Intrinsically disordered region (172-338) in a 1:1 molar ratio binding with Inactive poly [ADP-ribose] polymerase RCD1-RST (499-572) from A.thaliana at pH 7.0 in 20mM Na2HPO4/NaH2PO4, 100mM NaCl, 5mM DTT, pH 7 were collected on the EMBL P12 beam line at the PETRA III storage ring (DESY; Hamburg, Germany) using a Pilatus 6M detector at a sample-detector distance of 3 m and at a wavelength of λ = 0.123982 nm (I(s) vs s, where s = 4πsinθ/λ, and 2θ is the scattering angle). at 25°C. 40 successive 0.095 second frames were collected. The data were normalized to the intensity of the transmitted beam and radially averaged; the scattering of the solvent-blank was subtracted.
