Synchrotron SAXS data from solutions of Human lung-associated vientovirus FB Replication-Associated Protein Apo form (Rep) Dodecamer from SEC-SAXS with SVD-EFA analyses in 20 mM HEPES, 300 mM NaCl, 0.1 mM TCEP, pH 7.5 were collected on the ID7A1 BioSAXS / HP-Bio Beamline beam line at the Cornell High Energy Synchrotron Source (CHESS) storage ring (Ithaca, NY, USA) using a Eiger 4M detector at a sample-detector distance of 1.7 m and at a wavelength of λ = 1.10367 nm (I(s) vs s, where s = 4πsinθ/λ, and 2θ is the scattering angle). In-line size-exclusion chromatography (SEC) SAS was employed. The SEC parameters were as follows: A 100.00 μl sample at 5 mg/ml was injected at a 0.50 ml/min flow rate onto a GE Superdex 200 Increase 5/150 column at 20°C. 707 successive 1 second frames were collected. The data were normalized to the intensity of the transmitted beam and radially averaged; the scattering of the solvent-blank was subtracted.

Due to the negative scattering at wide angle, the Porod volume or MW estimate using the Porod invariant was not calculated.
