Synchrotron SAXS
data from solutions of
Epsin-5 (Ent5-mEGFP) Time resolved Liquid-Liquid Phase separation
in
10 mM Tris, 150mM NaCl, 0.5mM TCEP, pH 7.5
were collected
on the
EMBL P12 beam line
at the PETRA III storage ring
(DESY; Hamburg, Germany)
using a Eiger 4M detector
at a sample-detector distance of 3 m and
at a wavelength of λ = 0.123982 nm
(I(s) vs s, where s = 4πsinθ/λ, and 2θ is the scattering angle).
Solute concentrations ranging between 1.8 and 1.8 mg/ml were measured
at 21°C.
One
0.050 second frame was collected.
The data were normalized to the intensity of the transmitted beam and radially averaged; the scattering of the solvent-blank was subtracted.
Time-resolved SAXS dataset collected using stopped-flow setup.
Scattering curves represent delay times between 0 and 350 ms following rapid mixing.
Intensities are in arbitrary units and not on absolute scale.
The dataset was used for kinetic analysis shown in Figure S7B.
No Guinier or P(r) analysis performed due to transient nature of data.
