ssDNA aptamer Apt31 specific to the receptor-binding domain of SARS-CoV-2

Apt31 - 31 nucleotide-long ssDNA developed in silico using a Structure and Interaction Based Design (SIBD) of aptamers, computational selection and molecular docking. The aptamer proved to have a high specificity and affinity that was confirmed by experimental techiques including SAXS measurements.
