Fab fragment derived from SH-01-reactive IgG, isolated from an Hybridoma cell line. The hybridoma cell line was generated by fusion of splenocytes from immunised, female BALB/c mice and Sp2/0 myeloma cells. ELISA-positive monoclonal IgG was further tested for binding to SH-01 by analytical size exclusion chromatography. The Fab fragment was generated via ficin cleavage of purified mouse IgG1.
