MS493 is an inverse pan-retinoic acid receptor (RAR) agonist. BMS493 increases nuclear corepressor interaction with RARs. BMS493 also could prevent retinoic acid-induced differentiation[1][2]. BMS493 is a click chemistry reagent, it contains an Alkyne group and can undergo copper-catalyzed azide-alkyne cycloaddition (CuAAc) with molecules containing Azide groups.
