Synchrotron SAXS data from solutions of C-type lectin mosGCTL-3 from Aedes aegypti, ~0.2 mg/ml in 20 mM Tris, 250 mM NaCl, 2.5 mM CaCl2, pH 7.5 were collected on the B21 beam line at the Diamond Light Source storage ring (Didcot, UK) using a Eiger 4M detector at a sample-detector distance of 3.7 m and at a wavelength of λ = 0.1 nm (I(s) vs s, where s = 4πsinθ/λ, and 2θ is the scattering angle). One solute concentration of 0.20 mg/ml was measured at 15°C. 20 successive frames were collected. The data were normalized to the intensity of the transmitted beam and radially averaged; the scattering of the solvent-blank was subtracted.
