Data validation

There are no models related to this curve.

Synchrotron X-ray scattering data from solutions of the N-terminal region of Human ACF7-Y259D mutant in PBS, pH 7.4 were collected on the 12ID-B SAXS/WAXS beam line of the Advanced Photon Source (Argonne National Laboratory, IL) using a Pilatus 2M detector (I(s) vs s, where s = 4π sin θ/λ, and 2θ is the scattering angle;λ = 0.0886 nm). One solute concentration of 0.97 mg/ml was measured. The SAXS data from 30 successive 1 s frames were normalized to the intensity of the transmitted beam and radially averaged and the scattering of the solvent-blank was subtracted.
