Synchrotron SAXS
data from solutions of
Mononuclear iron bound form of human ISCA1 under 180 mT magnetic field for 1 min
in
20 mM Tris-HCl, 0.15 M NaCl, 10 mM 3-mercapto-1,2-propanediol, pH 8
were collected
on the
BL-10C beam line
at the Photon Factory (PF), High Energy Accelerator Research Organization (KEK) storage ring
(Tsukuba, Japan)
using a Pilatus3 2M detector
at a sample-detector distance of 2.1 m and
at a wavelength of λ = 0.15 nm
(I(s) vs s, where s = 4πsinθ/λ, and 2θ is the scattering angle).
One solute concentration of 7.00 mg/ml was measured
at 20°C.
One
60 second frame was collected.
The data were normalized to the intensity of the transmitted beam and radially averaged; the scattering of the solvent-blank was subtracted.
